Meet Adinda
Hi, nice to meet you! I'm Adinda Kennedy, and I'm happy to guide you through this course.
It might be interesting to know who's going to teach you something, right? Time to get to know me a little better.
In 2007, I was hired by my first modeling agency. I was just 15 and found it all incredibly exciting! I had no idea what was expected of me and just did what was asked.
After a period of investing a lot of time (and money), the first bookings came in. I gradually began working for Dutch (clothing) brands and magazines, and soon my first assignments with international agencies followed.
I've graced numerous covers, both domestically and internationally, appeared in several commercials, and built a strong portfolio. I'm represented by modeling agencies in Germany, Belgium, France, Spain, and South Africa.
TV
Besides my modeling, you might know me from a few television shows. For example, I participated in Benelux's Next Top Model in 2009, was asked to appear on Real Girls in the Jungle in 2011, and competed for a presenting contract with RTL in Screentest (2018).
That last program perfectly matched my passion for (television) presenting: I've worked as a reporter and presenter for PowNed, I'm available as a moderator, and I've presented various RTL programs. Currently, I'm on SBS6 on Sunday afternoons, presenting the program "Nederland In Beeld" (The Netherlands in Pictures).
MANY PASSIONS
Besides working as a model and (TV) presenter, I graduated as a journalist from the Utrecht School of Journalism in 2018. I also decided that my own uncertain start as a young model would serve as a good foundation for coaching (aspiring) models. As a model coach, I help them get a safe and confident start to their careers.
In addition, I am currently available for booking as a wedding officiant, I occasionally work as a (voice) actor and I am involved in various journalism-related projects.
